Our muffins are made with spelt flour: our current flavor, Banana Walnut, has chocolate chips, spelt bran, and is topped with a crumble topping.

Filled Savory Croissants

Our freshly baked croissants are layered with a light bechamel (cream sauce) and either Ham & Cheese or Turkey, Brie & Carmelized Onion (above) fillings, and then lightly baked with a bit of cheese and bechamel topping.

Quiche Slices

Our buttery, flakery pasty-crust quiche is cut into hearty slices, and we offer either Quiche Lorraine (ham, bacon, & swiss, pictured above), and either Broccoli Cheddar or Spinach Asiago. Vegetarian versions rotate, call for availibility.

Our House-Made Pasta

We craft our pasta in-house using an Italian-made bronze-cut machine, giving each piece a beautifully textured surface that holds sauce perfectly. Made with spelt semolina flour freshly milled on our stone mill, our pasta is rich in flavor and naturally high in nutrients and minerals. We source our grains locally, choosing varieties that offer more depth and nutrition than typical store-bought pasta.
